What is Kazumi by the way?

With the help of internet,
the meaning of Kazumi is peaceful one.
Its kinda a related this name to this one girl.

This girl in every situation, she
usually not freakin' out or no reaction,
some says or most of them says that this girl is
a numb or we can say insensitive
because that's the thing they always notice.
